The flat - located on the ground floor - has space for the family and a large terrace across the entire width of the house and also to the side. Families or couples of friends feel at home here from April to November - the mild Mediterranean climate of Dalmatia contributes significantly to this. The view from the terrace over the bay of Karbuni to the sea is a pleasure from breakfast at sunrise to dinner at sunset (south-west facing). The large terrace enlarges the living space enormously. There are mosquito nets and shutters on almost all doors and windows for shade and darkening. The eat-in kitchen is well equipped (hob with oven, coffee machine, dishwasher) and the high-quality air conditioning units with heating and cooling function ensure a pleasant temperature all year round. With a view of the sea, it is a pleasant place to linger, work from home (coastal office?, fibre optic internet available!), dine in style or enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine with a good book ... A few steps take you to two bathing plateaus, some of which are naturally shaded and equipped with awnings, inviting you to linger by the crystal-clear sea. A shallow entrance for boat, kayak, SUP etc. and two bathing ladders provide support for water sports ... During the day, you can marvel at the glittering and lapping of the waves in pleasant peace and quiet or marvel at Korcula''s most beautiful sunsets over a sundowner drink - pure enjoyment! How would you like to use this cookie? Your family and friends will also enjoy a break here and nothing stands in the way of a general rental (refinancing). In the house there is a separate laundry room (shared with the other three parties) and a technical/storage room (for swimming aids, SUPs, kayaks, etc.). Hot water is prepared free of charge using a solar system on the roof; the addition of a photovoltaic system would be possible. The apartment also includes a share of the large communal area with a brick barbecue (there would also be space for a communal pool here). A dedicated parking space with natural shading is also included in the price. The island of Korčula has always been popular with nature lovers and the ports of Korčula town and Vela Luka are also popular with sailors. The location in this quiet bay in Karbuni is excellent for those seeking relaxation and via a newly built coastal road you can reach the town of Blato, 8 km away, with plenty of shops, restaurants, pharmacies and much more in just a few minutes. The port town of Vela Luka is 8 km away and also has a very good infrastructure (including ferry connections to Split, Lastovo). The southern Dalmatia region is generally enjoying increasing popularity as access via the well-developed highway from Austria/Germany has become significantly better in recent years. The newly built 2.4 km long bridge from the mainland to the Pelješac peninsula saves the passage through the corridor in Bosnia and there is now only a short ferry connection from Orebić to Korčula town (15 minutes, hourly in high season). Arrival is also possible by ferry from Split (with or without car) and Split Airport is served by the most common destinations in Europe in high season. Popular excursion destinations are the neighboring islands of Lastovo, Vis, Hvar and Mljet (national park, beautiful bays) and Dubrovnik is also a popular destination (filming location "Game of Thrones", city walls, old town, harbor and much more).
